Universal MEA

Our universal in vitro MEA is based on a 49x49 mm2 glass carrier with titanium (Ti) or indium tin oxide (ITO) leads, 59 round titanium nitride (TiN) electrodes with a diameter of 30 µm and a spacing of 200 µm, one larger reference electrode and silicon nitride (SiN) insulator.

Designs vary from electrode diameters of 8 µm to 100 µm, electrode numbers from 32 to 256 and spacing from 30 to 1000 µm.

Experimental configurations include the classical 1-well-MEA as well as the 6-well-MEA and 9-well-MEA for 6 and 9 independent experiments on one substrate respectively.
